Vivo Music Studio was founded in 2006 in New Zealand by professional Mezzo-Soprano Kamilla Dunstan and has since expanded to serve students across the UK. Now based in Bawtry (Doncaster), we offer one-to-one music lessons in a relaxed, supportive environment where both technical skill and artistic expression thrive.
Whether you're looking to learn Singing, Saxophone, Violin, Piano, Composition, or Musicianship, our approach is designed to nurture creativity while ensuring strong technical foundations, helping you grow as a musician, no matter your goals.

Meet Kamilla Dunstan, Our Principal
Kamilla Dunstan is an accomplished professional with a rich career in performance. Having performed principal roles with prestigious companies such as the Royal Ballet & Opera (formally the Royal Opera House), Glyndebourne, and English National Opera. Kamilla brings a wealth of experience to the studio. She has also graced renowned concert halls, including the Royal Albert Hall, Wigmore Hall, and Birmingham Symphony Hall. Beyond the stage, Kamilla has been featured on BBC Radio 3 and Classic FM.
Her passion for teaching comes from her professional experience, blending technical knowledge with a deep understanding of what it takes to grow and develop as an artist.
Introducing Our Young Artist Scheme

Student Success
Our students have achieved great success, earning places at some of the UK's top performing arts schools, including the Royal College of Music, Royal Northern College of Music, Urdang, Performers College, Body Works, and LIPA. Many have also gained places in prestigious programs such as the Glyndebourne Academy and the Opera North Youth Company.

Meet Our Talented Teaching Team
Our teaching team is made up of professional performers and educators who have trained at some of the UK’s leading conservatoires, such as the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, Royal College of Music, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, and Leeds Conservatoire. In addition to teaching, many of our teachers perform across the UK and internationally, with principal roles in opera, oratorio, and chamber music performances at events like the Sounds Like This Festival.
All of our teachers are Enhanced DBS Checked and are members of either the Musicians’ Union or the Independent Society of Musicians.
